I have recently moved practices to Lismore House and I have found there services to be of a very high standard and I think their customer service has been excellent. I had a consultation with Sarah about getting some dental work done and she sent me to Matt and I’ve found his work to have been pain free and excellent. I would recommend this practise to anyone.

I couldn't find a dentist repair my broken denture , rang was seen straight away , 3 month plan to remove some damaged teeth and replace with new denture , I'm 3/4 of the way through and couldn't recommend these guys enough , Matt has looked after me all the way very friendly and knowledgeable

I have been a patient at Lismore House for over 20 years. I have always found the staff to be very helpful and they always put you at ease.The service from Mark the Dentist and Jackie the hygienist has been excellent and I would certainly recommend them . First appointment today, with Sarah, the Smile Advisor. As a new patient, I had the 'get to know uou' chat with Sarah, an introduction to the Practice, what to expect and what services and finance options are on offer. I was very impressed with the emphasis on customer satisfaction and high standards of service. I am looking forward, with confidence, to my first check up with Matt, shortly.We are off to a good start and first impressions augur well for a positive, long standing relationship.

Very friendly practice . I Can’t recommend it enough. I had a problem that was spotted by one of the dentists Matt Gribbon and he referred me urgently to the infirmary where I was seen and had an operation. I had my first appointment yesterday since the surgery a couple of months ago and everything is healing well and looking healthy. Thankyou Matt. Appreciate your prompt action. I am extremely fussy about dentists and have had a fear since a young age. I have explained that to any dentist I have attended and also been upfront that if I wasn't happy I wouldn't be back. No need to worry here Mark Fortune is no less than brilliant and I have complete faith and comfort attending. Thank you Mark and the rest of the staff who are always very friendly and welcoming. Making sure your dentist visit is as good as can be is the aim of everybody here. As soon as you walk in the door you are made welcome. During a long appointment I was offered a choice of ‘comforts’ to make the experience more relaxing in fact I think I did doze at one point, how often can you say that about a dentist appointment.Lovely place, Rebecca is a very very good dentist. Very happy to recommend.

I saw Matt as an emergency appointment a couple of months back after I’d been seen elsewhere and things hadn’t got better. Everything was well explained snd treatment was pain free. Recently got my teeth fixed and redone with Daryl! Before I came to dentistry on the square I had my teeth done previously and Daryl helped me to get the teeth I originally always wanted by stripping them back and restarting again. I had goal of a time frame I wanted and he managed to make sure they were done for me and fit me in to make sure the time frame was met. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Emma who encouraged me and helped me decide on what to go for right at the start of this process! I would recommend to anyone who’s thinking about getting their teeth done, the finished result is amazing! Thanks again Daryl x

I just want to say a massive thank you to Dentistry on the Square for my smile make over. I have never been a fan of the dentist and it has always made me very nervous. Sophie and Andy made me feel so comfortable and at ease from my very first appointment.
Some of my appointments were long due to the treatment I was getting however they were pain free and went in quickly. For every appointment I was able to pick two items from a comfort menu such as a back massager and eye mask. This helped so much and helped me relax.
Every member of staff I spoke to during my appointments were lovely and welcoming.

I can’t recommend Dentistry on the Square enough. The work I got done was better than I could have ever imagined and has truly changed my life

Just returned from my routine appointments with Sarah and Jamie. As a nurse I am extra aware of the possible COVID risks and I am happy to report that all staff are stringent in their hygiene and efforts to manage the potential spread. Full PPE present whilst still keeping that personal touch. Wonderful experience from start to finish. I was very nervous about having significant work done in my 40s. I had been looking for a dentist and after a recommendation from a friend, I went to Dentistry on the square.

I came in for a health check, cleaning and smile consultation and the process was superb.

I usually hate having a cleaning and wind up in pain afterwards and loathe the process due to discomfort caused. This time round I didnt feel anything during or afterwards and the result was great. I saw Andy McIntyre and will say that I won't go anywhere else from now on. In fact I will look forward to it as they really do live up to their promise of pain free dentist. I have also recommended a friends.
